Select your preferred coach or sport, choose an available time slot from the calendar, and confirm your booking online.

Refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled session (or the first session of a bundle). In such cases, you will receive a 75% refund of the price. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

While coaches are independent, we take reliability seriously. If a coach fails to deliver a scheduled session, SkillsCoach.ca will intervene to ensure you receive a 100% refund.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure Stripe integration. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

Absolutely. A detailed electronic receipt is automatically emailed to you after every transaction for your personal or accounting records.

The location is specified on each coach's profile. The exact address or meeting point will also be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.

By booking through the platform, you acknowledge the physical risks associated with sports training. Users accept responsibility for any physical risks or injuries that may occur during a session, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
